An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, with qualifications including CA Inter (ICAI) and CS Inter (ICSI), our promoter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the cable industry. With a strong background in negotiation, strategic planning, business development, and client management, he has successfully led multiple projects and business operations. As an innovator and entrepreneur, he possesses exceptional leadership qualities, ensuring the seamless formation, execution, and growth of business ventures. His expertise spans finance, management, and project execution, backed by in-depth research and analytics. A visionary first-generation entrepreneur, our Managing Director embarked on his journey with a small manufacturing unit in Belgachia, Howrah. With over three decades of experience in the cable industry, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise, making him a highly respected professional in the field. Through his strategic insights and hands-on experience, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing product quality, optimizing manufacturing processes, and fostering strong industry relationships. Mr.Arumay Roy

He has been an integral part of JD Cables Limited since its inception, contributing to the company’s growth with 13 years of industry experience. As the head of the Technical & Quality Control division for the Wires and Cables segment, he ensures the highest standards of product quality, safety, and performance.
Overseeing the entire quality control process, he ensures compliance with industry regulations through rigorous testing and analysis of cables and conductors. His expertise in technical evaluation and process optimization enhances product reliability, efficiency, and durability. Additionally, he collaborates with the R&D team to drive innovation in product design and manufacturing, reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence and technological advancement.

Mr. Manoj Tiwari

With over two decades of experience in the cable manufacturing industry, he brings extensive expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic insight. Having held key roles at Crystal Cable Ltd. and Brindawala Cables Ltd., he has gained hands-on experience in production management, quality control, and process optimization.
His deep industry knowledge allows him to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and implement best practices that align with industry standards. He plays a vital role in overseeing end-to-end production, ensuring efficiency, precision, and high product quality. Committed to innovation, he integrates advanced technologies and modern methodologies, driving the factory’s growth and competitiveness in the cable industry.

Mr. Hemant Kr. Choradia

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

With 15 years of experience in accounts and administration, he brings a strong foundation in financial management, regulatory compliance, and organizational operations. His expertise, honed through valuable experience at a reputable CA firm, encompasses budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and audit procedures.
He plays a key role in streamlining administrative processes, optimizing financial workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. MRS. SWATI MITTAL

Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer

She is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. Mrs. Swati joined the Company in November 2024. She has completed her Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University in the year 2013 and presently she is the Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She brings along more than 10 years of experience in handling Secretarial and legal matters. She has handled and have a detailed exposure in Public Listed Companies together with NBFC Companies. She has a strong track record of ensuring seamless legal and financial operations within the organization with strong determination and focus.
